DRS Designs is a fully custom, house plan designer and drafting company primarily involved in new residential construction in the North Texas markets.  Start from a sketch, or start from a meeting with nothing more than ideas, we’ll get the house plan going.

From concept to completion, DRS Designs has handle over several of plans and additions. Each builder, homeowner or client will have particular requirements, design tastes and uniqueness. Ideas are built from the beginning and the budget is kept in mind. DRS Designs prides itself on providing realistic design with a quality construction plan to work from.

• If you happen to find a house plan from online or a house plans book and want me to draw exactly like this, I am sorry to say that I can't do that because of the copyright law.   If you can find the house u like but want to change by more than 50 percent,  I can do that.

• Can do the custom home design or renovations or additions.

DRS Designs function as an outsourced drafting production department of an architectural/ engineering firm, with the skills and scale to undertake a project at any stage. Consider us as an expansion of your own staff working collaboratively with your team. You will retain control of the project from start to finish.

We provide services ranging from Design Development and CAD input early in the architectural process to Construction Documentation, and post-occupancy as-built corrections among many others..

We work with your freehand sketches, mock-ups, cut and paste sheets, design development sketches, along with unique text styles, titleblocks and fonts to bring your designs to the page.  We use your layers and CAD standards. Send us samples of your completed projects that are similar in scope and we will match your standards.
